Following Thursday night's vice-presidential debate, Joe Biden will head straight for Wisconsin to continue campaigning. As the Badger State is also opponent Paul Ryan’s home turf, the location choice for postdebate stumping could be perceived as either celebratory or embarassing—depending on who wins Thursday night.
