Was America just expecting the vice president to make one of his infamous gaffes? Joe Biden was the most watched speaker during the Democratic and Republican National Conventions, with 14.7 percent of 289.7 million television-owning U.S. homes—roughly 43.6 million people—tuning in for his speech.
