Vice President Joe Biden is making his way to Davenport, Iowa, Wednesday, where he’s expected to cut Mitt Romney down to size in front of a group of manufacturing workers. According to the prepared remarks released by the Obama campaign, Biden’s speech will go something like this: “Mitt Romney had been remarkably consistent—as an individual investor, businessman, as governor of Masachusetts, and now as a candidate for president ... consistently wrong.” Later in the day Biden will talk with grassroots supporters in Sioux City.
