Bieber Charged in Graffiti Mess

Talk about teen angst. Pop star Justin Bieber, 19, was accused by Brazil’s largest newspaper, O Globo, of spray-painting graffiti on the former Hotel Nacional in Rio de Janeiro. The paper released the photos on Wednesday, saying police could not find Bieber at the mansion he rented in Rio for questioning. Meanwhile, the New York Post and other outlets are reporting that Bieber was caught leaving a brothel in Brazil. Defacing a building in Brazil is punishable by up to one year in jail.
