It’s the most wonderful time of the year—by which we mean we are getting awfully close to the premiere of A Very Murray Christmas, a musical special starring Bill Murray that makes its streaming debut via Netflix on Dec. 4.
Featuring Paul Shaffer on piano, Miley Cyrus on the mic, and cameos from Amy Poehler, Chris Rock, George Clooney and more, the special promises to “go down as the greatest night in history.” (Murray’s words.)
Or as Michael Cera puts it in the trailer, “This sad excuse for a Christmas special is seeming to me more like a ‘Christ-mess,’ as in what a mess.”
If nothing else, A Very Murray Christmas marks the long-awaited reunion of Murray and his Lost in Translation director Sofia Coppola.
