Time to reinstate that moratorium? Bank of America has admitted to finding problems with foreclosure documents in 102,000 cases for which it is resubmitting paperwork. The bank says it found the problems in 10 to 25 of the first several hundred cases it reviewed. The problems include lack of paperwork and missing files; the bank says there’s no evidence of wrongful foreclosures.
