A bomb exploded at the City of Culture offices in Londonderry, Northern Ireland late Wednesday, the scene of an earlier attack in January carried out by government dissidents. A police spokesperson told the BBC that no injuries have been reported. Foyle MP Mark Durkan believes the same group is behind this explosion: “They are out to destroy and they don’t care if they injure or kill when they are at it,” he said.
