Three people were killed and at least 10 were wounded when a bomb exploded at a rally in eastern Ukraine on Sunday. The attack occurred during a pro-government march to commemorate the one-year anniversary since former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych was overthrown. The local government called it a "terrorist explosion." According to the Ukrainian security service chief's aide the suspects were instructed and provided with weapons by Russia. The city, Kharkiv, is just 120 miles from where pro-Russian militias are battling Ukrainian troops despite a ceasefire that began one week ago.
