Boy Arrested Over Spilled Milk

A 12-year-old boy in Valparaiso, Indiana was arrested after he refused to clean up the milk he spilled at his school's cafeteria. According to the police report, the sixth grader told a school staffer, "This is stupid, you’re retarded." Then, when approached by a school police officer, he said, "This is crap, I’m not doing it." The officer told him to sit down and await further instructions, but he became "increasingly agitated," and the officer grabbed him by the arm and began leading him out of the cafeteria. The kid struggled free and ran down the hall, only to be tackled by the officer. He was later released into his father's custody.
