The Deepwater Horizon disaster may cost BP more than just the price of the cleanup: Federal investigators are considering charging BP managers with manslaughter for the rig explosion, which killed 11 people. The Justice Department opened a criminal investigation into the case in June. If charged, the convictions could carry sentences of up to 10 years.
