Despite threats to sell all of its art—Brandeis Univeristy’s Rose Art Museum may not be going anywhere. Three members of the museum’s board, prominent benefactors Meryl Rose, Jonathan Lee, and Lois Foster, have filed a lawsuit in the highest court to prevent the museum from closing and selling its artwork. According to Lee, “The purpose of the lawsuit is to say, ‘Guess what? The art is not yours to sell.'”
