Bret Michaels Awake and in Good Spirits

Forty-eight hours after his hospitalization for a brain hemorrhage, rocker and reality-TV star Bret Michaels was awake and in good spirits. Ambre Lake, Rock of Love season 2 winner, was informed of the Poison lead singer’s condition, according to TMZ, and Michaels’ official website noted that he is still in critical condition with further tests to be run. On April 11, Michaels underwent an emergency appendectomy and is also diabetic. “I’m feeling right about in the middle right now on a scale of 1 to 10,” said Michaels. “I’m not 100 percent yet.”
