Bret Michaels has hit the suing stage of recovery. The rocker said Friday he is suing the Tony Awards, claiming his near-fatal brain hemorrhage came after being hit on the head during the show. In the lawsuit, Michaels said the producers did not properly inform him how to leave the set, and he was “smacked” on the head on the way out. Immediately following the show, Michaels was treated for a broken nose and cut lip, which he claimed in the suit can cause a brain hemorrhage.
