Bristol Palin was seen clubbing at Manhattan hotspot 1Oak on Wednesday, which also happened to be the National Day to Prevent Teen Pregnancy. The 19-year-old somehow got into the 21-and-up venue, though a witness says “She didn’t drink at all. … She was trying to have fun, but she looked like she was terrified that people would recognize her and start gawking. It seems like she couldn’t even relax.”
