Brooks Calls Washington ‘Shambolic’

On 'Meet the Press,' New York Times columnist David Brooks spread his criticism around, saying the Republicans have had 'brain freeze since the election' but that Obama sometimes 'governs like a visitor from a morally superior civilization.'
