The remains of a man who was buried in South Carolina after his girlfriend was found chained inside a storage shed has been identified as Charles David Carver, 32. Kala Brown, 30, told authorities that she watched her boyfriend get shot by another man before he was buried. The pair was reported missing in September. “We certainly wanted a different outcome than this,” Spartanburg County Sheriff Chuck Wright said.
