Cain: Smoking Isn't Cool

Still, no one has answered what the deal is with this bizarre ad that GOP candidate Herman Cain's campaign released showing his chief of staff Mark Block taking a drag from a cigarette. But Cain discouraged smoking when he appeared on CBS' Face the Nation Sunday morning. "Young people of America, all people: Do not smoke. It is hazardous and it's dangerous to your health," Cain said. "It's not a cool thing to do." But he also defended the ad. "One of the themes within this campaign is, let Herman be Herman," Cain said. "Mark Block is a smoker. We say, let Mark be Mark." The video has gone viral, generating well more than a million views on YouTube, so maybe it was all a publicity ploy?
