Those Jolie-Pitt kids are going to laugh one day about how easy the kids of celebrities have it when it comes to paparazzi. It soon will be a misdemeanor in California to photograph or film a child in a harassing manner if the child’s parent is a celebrity, according to a new law signed by Gov. Jerry Brown on Tuesday. The law will take effect on January 1. The measure had drawn considerable support from Hollywood, with actresses Jennifer Garner and Halle Berry both testifying in favor of it. The penalty for harassment will now carry a fine of up to $1,000 and six months in jail.
