Canadian police, working with the FBI and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, have arrested two men in Ontario and charged them with conspiring to carry out a terrorist attack. The duo was allegedly plotting to attack a passenger train in Canada. The suspects have no connection to the Tsarnaev brothers, who have been accused of carrying out a deadly attack in Boston last week, but they are accused of getting help from al Qaeda elements in Iran.
