We all know that most ads we see online are targeted to us in some way, why should presidential campaign ads be any different? The unregulated practice is becoming increasingly prevalent in political campaigns. Thanks to companies like NationBuilder, any candidate with enough money can buy your attention with tailor made marketing.

Despite fighting against excessive data collection in the past, Ted Cruz has credited his campaign’s success to this strategy.
