According to police in Texas, a cartel made death threats and claimed to have kidnapped a border agent who was responding to a 911 call. In response, the Border Patrol on Friday announced that all of the agents on duty at the time have been accounted for. They are now contacting off-duty agents. There are more than 3,000 agents stationed in the Rio Grande Valley.
