Boston Celtics legend Bill Russell was arrested this week after bringing a loaded handgun into a Seattle airport, police said. The 79-year-old, famous for leading the Celtics to 11 championships before he retired in 1969, was issued a state citation and released, though he could be fined up to $7,500. Russell’s .38-caliber Smith & Wesson handgun was found during a screening of carry-on bags at a TSA checkpoint.
