Someone named "Todd Courser" purchased a phone used to text Michigan State Rep. Todd Courser texts that made it seem like he was being blackmailed for his affair with fellow Republican and state representative, Cindy Gamrat. Courser denies having purchased the phone or owning the P.O. box listed as the mailing address. Last month it was revealed Courser tried to fabricating a rumor that he sought sex from a male escort in order to make the affair with Gamrat seem tame by comparison.
