Might Democrats finally have the long-savored opportunity to grill Karl Rove? TPMMuckraker is reporting that Rove’s lawyer has indicated he will cooperate with the ongoing investigation into the Bush administration’s firing of nine U.S. attorneys. Rove had previously not cooperated with the investigation based on instructions from President Bush, who claimed executive privilege. "I can say that he would cooperate with the [lead attorney Nora] Dannehy investigation if asked," Rove's lawyer said.
