The prosecutor, Nora R. Dannehy, has been working quietly on the case, interviewing in recent weeks Bush administration aides like Scott Jennings and Sarah “I Took an Oath to the President” Taylor. Rove’s lawyer declined to comment, but an anonymous source told the Associated Press that Rove will interview with Dannehy, and has said he will cooperate.
