A report from the July issue of Men's Health magazine claims that snacking on popcorn can boost male sexual performance. Popcorn contains a nutrient called Arginine, one of the 20 most common natural amino acids, which increases blood flow to sexual organs and raises sperm count and strength. Other foods that help increase male fertility: water, tomato soup and the supplement C0Q10. "If you want to guarantee yourself blockbuster success in the bedroom, then an evening at the cinema shouldn't be overlooked," said Editor Morgan Rees. All we can say is, Baby, take us to the movies.
