Early Release for Jenny Sanford’s Memoir

Ballantine Books has moved up the publication date for Jenny Sanford’s memoir, Staying True, by nearly three months to February 5. According to Ballantine’s synopsis, the book "reveals the private ordeal behind her very public betrayal.” The synopsis also touts her decision to leave her husband hanging as his affair became exposed: “She chose to let Mark Sanford deal with the embarrassment and political fallout from his own actions while focusing her own efforts privately on raising their children to be men of character, even in the face of the lies their father has told.”
