Conan and NBC are close to an exit agreement, sources tell TMZ, but a few questions remain, one being: Who gets custody of Triumph the Insult Comic Dog? Conan's characters—including Triumph, Pimpbot 5000, and the Masturbating Bear—are technically NBC's, but Conan wants to take them with him, wherever he may go. Sources told TMZ that it is likely NBC will give Conan the rights to the characters, but they won't come for free. The non-disparagement clause is still an issue, and Conan may have to stay mum about his true feelings toward NBC a little longer than he'd previously hoped. Meanwhile, hundreds of supporters gathered outside Universal Studios, and O’Brien stopped by.
