Arnold Schwarzenegger and state Attorney General Jerry Brown have filed motions asking for same-sex weddings to resume in California. Walker, however, has agreed to put a temporary stop on gay marriages while Prop 8 advocates take their appeal to the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals.
