Paparazzi, rejoice! Lindsay Lohan has been released from rehab after serving 90 days. Her trouble is not over, however, as authorities say she violated her probation by fighting a staff member at the Betty Ford Center, and she could face battery charges. If she violates probation or fails a drug test before February 25, she will go to jail for 180 days.
