The British-made movie, The King's Speech, is nominated for 14 awards at the British Academy Film Awards, England's version of the Oscars. Nominations include Best Actor for Colin Firth, who won the Golden Globe on Sunday night. It clocks in just above Black Swan, which earned 12 nominations. The BAFTAs have, in recent years, become good predictors of the Academy Awards.
