Although oft-beleaguered actor Charlie Sheen allegedly hopes to return to the set of Two and a Half Men next week, the decision is not his to make, according to a source close to the hit CBS sitcom. “It's still up to the studio and producers when to resume production," the insider told Today’s The Scoop. "His successful rehab is really what's most important." Sheen checked into rehab after being hospitalized for an aggravated hernia following a reported 36-hour drug and alcohol-fueled binge at his California mansion, replete with porn stars and a rumored briefcase of cocaine. The actor recently claimed he was willing to pay one-third of the crew’s lost wages during the hiatus he caused, TMZ reported.
