A huge explosion rocked Jerusalem Wednesday, and police report one death and at least 25 injuries. A bomb exploded next to two buses that were across from the city’s central station. Authorities don’t yet know whether the attack was a suicide bombing. Entrances to the city have been closed, and witnesses say dozens of ambulances and police vehicles are streaming toward the scene. Although it was a frequent target for Palestinian attacks during the second intifada from 2000 to 2005, there have been few bombings in recent years.
