Not only did their silver screen saga, The Social Network, lose the Best Picture Oscar to The King’s Speech, but the Winklevii must also be forced to accept their agreed-upon settlement they made with Facebook over claims that its founder, Mark Zuckerberg, stole their idea. According to a U.S. appeals court ruling on Monday, statuesque twins Cameron and Tyler Winklevoss, along with Divya Narendra, must stick with a settlement they had struck with the social networking giant valued at $65 million. The trio argued that they should have received more Facebook shares as part of the deal, but after a long, drawn-out case, the Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals seconded a lower court’s ruling enforcing the settlement. “At some point, litigation must come to an end," Chief Judge Alex Kozinski wrote. "That point has now been reached."
