So the Winklevoss twins aren’t giving up, after all: The brothers are pushing a new suit against the company and its founder, Mark Zuckerberg, just one day after finally dropping their appeals for the suit that inspired The Social Network. The new case seeks to determine whether Zuckerberg "intentionally or inadvertently suppressed evidence" during settlement proceedings. They claim Facebook should have disclosed documents that would have revealed more about the twins’ relationship with Zuckerberg at Harvard.
