Police around the country have arrested 14 people as part of an investigation into the hacking group Anonymous. Arrests took place in San Francisco, Florida, and New Jersey, while records and computers were seized at a half-dozen locations in the New York City area. Anonymous has claimed responsibility for attacks on websites including MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.
