This can't be comforting for the U.S. astronauts who will be hitching a ride on Russian spacecraft. An unmanned Russian supply ship bound for the International Space Station failed to reach orbit and fell back to earth, landing in Siberia. There have been no reports of casualties. The ship was carrying 2.5 tons of supplies, including oxygen, fuel, and food. The Russian space agency says the station is stocked with enough supplies that the crash “would have no negative influence.”
