Lady Gaga had a Marilyn Monroe moment on Saturday night when she performed at the 10th anniversary bash for Bill Clinton's foundation. Gaga donned a blonde wig and serenaded the former president, wishing him a belated "Happy Birthday" before launching into a new version of her hit "Bad Romance"—renamed "Bill Romance" for the former president. He, of course, was flanked by his wife, Hillary, and their daughter, Chelsea. Not awkward at all.
