A court in Milan refused to indict Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi in a tax-fraud case involving his company Mediaset. But the court indicted his oldest son, Pier Silvio, and nine others in a separate case that has ensnared the company; their trial is slated for Dec. 22. Berlusconi has denied any wrongdoing in the case, which involves fraud related to the purchase of film rights. "Everyone keeps asking me if I am pleased. I don't know because I was accused of something that doesn't exist in heaven or on earth," he said after the verdict Tuesday.
