Congratulations? Encore? Marni Kotak, a performance artist, gave birth to a baby boy in a small Brooklyn art gallery Tuesday morning. Kotak, who says that giving birth is the “highest form of art,” built a home-birth center in the gallery and invited spectators to attend. The gallery didn't say how many people watched the birth, but it did say a video will be added to its upcoming exhibition.
