CNN host Piers Morgan will testify before the Leveson inquiry on phone hacking Tuesday. Morgan, who will appear via video link, has insisted that he never knowingly authorized phone hacking as editor of News of the World in 1994 and 1995 and The Mirror until 2004. Also testifying Tuesday are former News of the World TV editor Sharon Marshall and lawyer Julian Pike.
