Prosecutors in the Chardon, Ohio, school-shooting case have until Thursday to file charges against teenage suspect T.J. Lane for the murder of three Chardon High School students Monday morning. Two other students were seriously wounded, and prosecutors have said that Lane will likely be charged for aggravated murder. It is expected that prosecutors will seek to have Lane tried as an adult. Grief counselors will be present at the 1,100-student Chardon High Thursday as faculty along with students and their parents are encouraged to return to the school. Classes are scheduled to recommence Friday.
