Days after a massive explosion at a Congo arms depot killed at least 213 people, officials are fighting to keep the fire from spreading to yet another munitions stockpile, with even heavier weapons. The first fire buckled buildings—including two churches—and shattered windows miles away from depot, and smaller explosions have continued to shake Brazzaville, the capital of Republic of the Congo.
