It’s been a busy weekend for Taylor Swift. Her new single, “We Are Never Getting Back Together,” reached the top slot on iTunes hours after being released, and the singer announced her upcoming album, Red, will be released on Oct. 22. She also purchased a $4.9 million Cape Cod, Mass., beach house last week. Swift announced the release of the album, which will have 16 tracks, in a Google+ hangout. Swift’s new house, meanwhile, is close to the Kennedy family compound—adding more fuel to the rumors that Swift, 22, is dating Conor Kennedy, 18.
