A flurry of Twitter griping Friday morning signaled that Amazon.com may have been down for some users. An overwhelming number of tweets from disgruntled online shoppers said that they were not able to use the site, and the service DownForEveryoneOrJustMe.com revealed that the online retailer was either down in certain regions or was timing out sporadically. Amazon has yet to comment on what was going on.
