Has every Secret Service agent misbehaved on trips? In the latest Secret Service scandal, a belligerently drunk agent was arrested for "disorderly intoxication" in Miami on Friday morning, hours after President Obama left town. Aaron Francis Engler was found passed out on a street (classy) and faces charges for resisting arrest, in addition to his charge for being a drunken fool.
