Another day, another controversy for Chris Brown. TMZ is reporting that the rapper has been charged with two criminal counts stemming from a May car accident. Brown allegedly rear-ended a Mercedes and then refused to show his license. Law-enforcement officials also say Brown gave fake insurance information. The L.A. city attorney charged Brown with leaving the scene of the accident without exchanging proper documentation and driving without a valid license, according to the entertainment site. Each charge carries a maximum six-month jail sentence.
