Other organizations might warn off a culture of secrecy, but for the CIA, that’s what they’re hoping for. After a number of recent media leaks, Director John Brennan launched a new “Honor the Oath” campaign this week urging CIA officers to better keep the agency’s secrets. In an unclassified memo, Brennan wrote the push will “reinforce our corporate culture of secrecy” with education and training.
