A former volunteer on Michele Bachmann’s 2012 Iowa caucus campaign has resolved a lawsuit against the Minnesota congresswoman that claimed she stole an email list of home-school supporters. The case was dismissed on Friday, according to a lawyer for Barbara Heki, who had blamed Bachmann’s campaign for taking her personal computer and accessing the home-school information.
