President Obama won’t be paying Russian President Vladimir Putin a visit after all. Obama cancelled a planned summit after Russia refused to send NSA leaker Edward Snowden back to the U.S. to face charges. Tensions with Russia have been growing over that country’s support of embattled Syrian ruler Bashar al-Assad.
